Q1: What can you buy from us?
FUCARE: Electric bikes, electric scooter, electric bike parts, conversion kits, and bicycle accessories.
Q2: What's your MOQ and delivery time?
1) For samples, 1 pcs. It should take 7-15 days to prepare and shipping time depends on our distance.
2) For OEM products, 10-50 pcs. It will take 5-30 days of production and shipping time depends on mode of transport.
3) For RTS products, 1-2 pcs. It will take 2-7 days delivery and shipping time depends on our distance.
Q3: Can I have samples before mass production?
FUCARE
: Yes. We can supply the sample if we have the parts ready in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q4: Can I distribute your brands? Do you accept drop shipping?

1) For samples, T/T 100% as deposit, you can pay via Alibaba Trade Assurance for payment protection.

FUCARE
: We have a one-year warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual. And we have service centers in the US for warehouse and repair services(
