FUCARE WARRANTY POLICY
Fucare covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs, Fucare will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force majeure factors, applies to the Fucare products in the following ways:

Main Parts -- 1 year
• Controller
• Motor
• Frame

Battery and Charger --180 days
• Battery
• Charger

Other Components -- 90 days
• Saddle
• Brakes
• Taillight & Headlight

Note: Consumable items and the damage caused by man-made and are not covered by the warranty. (The battery capacity decay is
subject to the test capacity of machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers.)

HOW CAN I GET MY WARRANTY?
Please contact us with the following information:
1. Purchase Site
2. Order Number
3. Serial Number of the bike/scooter
4. Photos/videos and a short description of the problem

Q1: What can you buy from us?
FUCARE: Electric bikes, electric scooter, electric bike parts, conversion kits, and bicycle accessories.

Q2: What's your MOQ and delivery time?
1) For samples, 1 pcs. It should take 7-15 days to prepare and shipping time depends on our distance.
2) For OEM products, 10-50 pcs. It will take 5-30 days of production and shipping time depends on mode of transport.
3) For RTS products, 1-2 pcs. It will take 2-7 days delivery and shipping time depends on our distance.

Q3: Can I distribute your brands? Do you accept drop shipping?
FUCARE: Yes, we warmly welcome distributions and drop shipping. We provide exclusive discounts and factory support for our distributors/dealers. Please contact us for more details.

Q4. What's the warranty terms?
FUCARE: We have a one-year warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual. And we have service centers in the US for warehouse and repair services(Refer to FUCARE warranty policy for details).

Q5: What certificate do you have?
FUCARE: We have ISO 9001, CQC, CE, ROHS, FCC, GCC, UL, MSDS, UN38.3, EN15194, EN ISO 13849 and etc. Also, we can provide any certificate that relates to products.
