1.The first step is to conduct a mineral test

Lithium Ore Spodumene Processing Plant--

To improve the lithium ore grade, a beneficiation process is required. The particle size of lithium ore generally needs to be ground to less than 0.15 mm for a better flotation effect.
Flotation is the main method for producing lithium concentrate. Other methods like magnetic separation and chemical methods play an auxiliary role.

Gold CIL Plant--
Gold CIL process (carbon in leach) is an efficient method of extracting and recovering gold from its ore. By cyaniding and carbon leaching crushed gold ore slurry simultaneously, CIL process lowers the gold mining operation cost and increases gold recovery rate to a degree of 99%. Compared with the traditional CCD process, it saves 66% of investment costs.It is the first choice of modern gold mining and gold beneficiation plant.

Note: Taking a mining company in Tanzania with a monthly processing capacity of 100,000 tons of 7.5g/t as an example, the CIL carbon leaching method saves investment costs of US$486,000 compared to the CIP carbon slurry method and reduces the backlog of gold retained in production by US$201,700. The additional cost of activated carbon of US$12,600 in the process resulted in savings and early recovery of US$675,100.

Gold Heap Leaching Plant--

Heap leaching (HL) is a flexible and economic mineral processing method, commonly used to extract gold from low-grade gold ores. Heap leaching method is always used for low-grade ore, small gold mine, or both.

Flotation is widely used in gold processing. The flotation process maximizes the enrichment of gold into sulfide minerals. The tailings can be directly discharged. Flotation in gold mines has low beneficiation costs.
