ClearFlow Scale Inhibition Principle

Initially, the positive and negative ions dissolved in water were arranged in an disordered manner (Figure a). Due to the opposite polarity of positive and negative ion charges, they aggregate and form aggregates ion clusters uring their movement (Figure b). However, they are not sturdy and are surrounded by a layer of water molecules on the outer layer. Due to the fact that the ClearFlow signal is not continuous, it will oscillate intermittently according to a specific order, causing the dissociated particles in the aggregate to continuously shake and arrange more regularly (Figure c).
