ClearFlow Scale Inhibition Principle

Initially, the positive and negative ions dissolved in water were arranged in an disordered manner (Figure a). Due to the opposite polarity of positive and negative ion charges, they aggregate and form aggregates ion clusters uring their movement (Figure b). However, they are not sturdy and are surrounded by a layer of water molecules on the outer layer. Due to the fact that the ClearFlow signal is not continuous, it will oscillate intermittently according to a specific order, causing the dissociated particles in the aggregate to continuously shake and arrange more regularly (Figure c). Thereby promoting their crystallization. Once entering a supersaturated state during this process, fine crystals will precipitate in water (Figure d).
Due to the tendency of crystals to form on existing crystals, ions continuously form and grow crystals on fine crystals, without forming new ones. interrupted application of ClearFlow signals stops the crystals are uspended in the crystal. Scales are formed very loose in texture and easily washed away by water flow, thereby keeping the pipeline clean.
ClearFlow Principle of descaling
When dissolved calcium (Ca) and bicarbonate ions crystallize (HCO3)2, they form calcium carbonate (CaCO3, scale), carbon dioxide (CO2), and water (H2O). Importantly, the reaction process can proceed in both directions, Water and carbon dioxide can jointly dissolve the scale.

Application in power plant cooling system
The water consumption of cooling power plants is extremely high, and the amount of chemical agents used for scale prevention and sterilization is quite complex. With the gradual increase of government regulation, the use of chemical agents in power plants is subject to many restrictions. Therefore, in general, the cooling water is hardly treated, and only when the surface pollution of the heat exchange equipment reaches a critical level, can production be stopped for chemical cleaning or disassembly for mechanical cleaning. Cleaning requires high maintenance costs, coupled with mechanical damage to the equipment, and may exacerbate scaling. The ClearFlow solution can significantly improve the scaling problem in the cooling system. ClearFlow is environmentally friendly, easy to install, and has extremely low operating costs.
Application in power plant condensers

A certain factory has its own 3 # generator unit, and a ClearFlow electronic water processor is installed at the cooling water main pipe of the oil cooler. There is a problem with power plugs in civilian water treatment equipment. Our standard plugs are Chinese standards, and for bulk purchased products, we will match the plugs with the standards at that time during production. If we are purchasing a prototype, the simplest method is to equip ourselves with a power conversion plug. For industrial grade products, we use a power box with a random section of cable.
