It is widely used in producing ppr, pe water-supply pipes. The extruder of ppr pipe machine adopt mixing structure screw, which can provide good plasticization.

With one or two other extruder, this ppr pipe machine can also produce two-layer ppr pipe, three-layer ppr pipe, ppr fiber glass pipe and so on .

PPR pipe production line is consist of SJ series extruder, mold, vacuum tank, spraying cooling tank, haul-off, no-dust cutting machine, stacker. It is apply to produce PPR, PE-RT cold and hot water supply pipe. Equipped other extruder, different mold, it could produce PPR double-layer pipe, muti-layer pipe, PPR fiberglass reinforce pipe.

The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion.

Our PE pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.

The standard PE pipe extrusion machine include: material charger, SJ series single screw

extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.

The main electrics for PE pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,

ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.

All of our PE pipe extrusion machine will be tested before delivery, and we will invite our cients to

come and testing the whole line with us together.
