Operation method:
Electric dual-use sterilizer:
Open the cold water valve, the upper pan exhaust valve, drain the air in the pump, turn on the water pump, close the pan water inlet valve, make the upper pan enter the required water level, close the water pump and valve, and open the upper pan electric heating switch to heat the upper pan to Required temperature (set the temperature of the pot according to your own sterilization process). During the heating process of the upper pot, the lower pot is loaded. After the product is loaded, the pot door and the interlocking device are closed, and the pot door sealing pad inflation valve is opened to seal the pot door. Open the inlet valve to pressurize the pot to 0.18MPA. When the temperature of the upper pot reaches the requirement, open the balance valve (note that the pressure in the upper and lower pots must be maintained at 0.18MPA, if the pressure is higher than 0.18MPA, open the exhaust valve to discharge, otherwise add compressed air) open the upper pot drain valve and lower the pot to enter the water Valve, drain the air in the pump, turn on the water pump, close the valve and the water pump after the upper pot water enters the lower pot to the required water level (note that the water level in the upper pot is higher than the heating pipe by about 4CM to avoid burning the electric heating pipe). Open the steam valve of the lower pot to heat the lower pot water to the required temperature with the steam generated from the upper pot. When the temperature in the pot reaches the required sterilization temperature, close the steam valve, start the heat preservation sterilization timer, and after the heat preservation sterilization timer ends, open the drain valve to balance the valve and Water inlet valve for the upper pot, turn on the water pump to pump the circulating water from the lower pot into the upper pot, and then close the valve and the pump. Open the cold water valve, drain the air from the pump, turn on the water pump and slowly open the lower pot water inlet valve, so that the cold water is gradually added to the pot to the required water level, close the water inlet valve, open the circulation valve to circulate the cooling water in the pot for 5-10 minutes The temperature in the pot can generally drop below 40 ° C.
When the temperature in the pot drops below 40 ° C, close the circulation pump and open the drain valve to discharge the cooling water in the pot and drain the pressure in the pot. Close the gas seal valve of the pot door seal, open the air release valve, and open the interlock device. Pull out the product from the pot door and finish the operation.
Note: During the above operation, the pressure in the pot must be kept at 0.18MPA (the fluctuations should not be too large) until the temperature is over.
