Product Details
First, the waste tire is set on the drum of the automatic cutting machine and the tire is cut into 5-7cm
blocks by pressing the button. The last two tire bead are separated from the steel wire and rubber of
the tire bead by the principle of relative motion extrusion of two rollers with the tire bead separator.
The cut tire rubber blocks enter the silo and enter the entire tire rubber grinding production line
through the vibration feeder. The rubber block is crushed and ground by the tire rubber powder
main machine, two screening and two magnetic separation, the tire rubber block is ground layer
by layer and screened, and then the finished rubber particles (rubber powder) and capillary steel
wire are obtained. The grinding process is completed by bagging in the discharge bin, and 5-40
objects of rubber powder and wool wire are successfully obtained for the required supply.
