Our sawdust burning stove includes one outer stove, three inner stoves, three covers, one hoist frame and a purification system . This new design not only can improve the efficiency, but also can reduce the population. With the development of the society, green development gradually become our goals and objectives, people realize the importance of environmental protection. More and more people choose carbonization stove to produce the charcoal.

The whole process of sawdust burning stove:

Prepared work:

Keep one inner stove down, then put the raw materials into the inner stove, use the hoist frame

to hoist the inner stove(with raw material) into the outer stove, and cover it, then seal it well.

Heating process : use wood wastes or gas as the fuel to heat the stove, after 80-120 minutes,

stop heating when the temperature reach 280-330 °C.

Carbonized process:

Then change the fire into low heat, carbonize for 8-10 hours, during the time, it may produce

a little smoke, gas and wood tar, please do not worry about that,we have purification system

to deal with it, and the redundant smoke can be reused as fuel to heat the stove again,

which can recycle the smoke.

Cooling process:

After that, hoist the finished inner stove out, let it cool naturally. Cooling time is longer,

the quality of charcoal is better. When the temperature is lower than 50°C , you can take

charcoal out. At the same time, put another inner stove in the outer stove to heat.

Working principle of sawdust burning stove:

Carbonizing is also know as dry distillation, which turns solid fuel into charcoal in a thermal

chemical process. In this process, solid fuel, such as wood and coal are decomposed into

gas(coal gas), liquid(tar oil), and solidity(charcoal/coke). The final tar oil and gas are overflow

from the charring stove(can recycle) and charcoal should remove out of the stove by manual labor.

Available raw materials:

Biomass materials such as wood branch, rice husk, wheat straw, coconut shell, olive, palm kernel shells can be carbonized after briquette, or you can carbonize them first, then press them into bars. The diameter of the material should be less than 5cm in a inner stove,so that they can be carbonized evenly. At the same time, make sure the humidity should be less than 50%.

The difference between our machine and other suppliers:

1. Materials

Our machine advantage:

♦ Material of furnace: Mn High temperature resistant plate.

♦ Thickness of Inner pot bottom: 10mm (other suppliers are 6mm or 8mm)

♦ Thickness of Inner pot wall: 6mm (others is 5mm)

♦ Thickness of outer furnace bottom: 12mm

♦ Thickness of outer furnace wall: 6mm

2.Brick: Refractory bricks: ours is good quality white ricks, others is red or yellow bricks.

Our machine uses good quality refractory brick to build (high temperature resistance).

Others use cheapest red brick. Please check attached photos.

3.The structure is also different.

We tested our charcoal retort many times. Improve the technology especially smoke treatment.

Our structure is most reasonable. Other can not produce the same machine as ours.

Packaging & Shipping

Pickage and shipping of sawdust burning stove:

The sawdust burning stove is large, so it can not be packaged by the wooden case. Therefore, we usually package it by plastic film or straw rope.

The three inner stoves can be stacked in the outer stove together, save a lot of space, thus reduce the freight cost. In addition, we will load the stove by shipping container directly.

The smallest stove is 4tons, size is:1.85 x1.85x2.17m, one 20'GP container can load 1set, one 40'GP container can load 2-3sets, 40'HC can load 4-5sets.
