Product Description of carbonization stove
The continuous carbonization furnace is a new type of environmentally friendly carbonization equipment. Working principle of carbonization stove
After the continuous carbonization furnace is operated, the furnace body is heated by external heating method (natural gas, liquefied gas, etc.), and then the raw materials are put into place, and the raw materials are thermally decomposed in a closed environment to generate a large amount of acetic acid, methanol and wood. Products of tar and other liquids; flammable gases such as methane and ethylene are also produced. After the flammable gas is treated by the flue gas purification, it is returned to the carbonization machine for combustion, and the heat is supplied to the carbonization furnace to raise the temperature inside the furnace, and the raw material generates carbon at a high temperature.
Features of carbonization stove
1. Wide range of materials, materials within 15mm can be carbonized by continuous carbonization furnace, such as rice shell carbonization, sawdust carbonization and so on.
2. During the carbonization process, the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen are recovered, purified and recycled, which will not pollute the environment.
3. The heat source for ignition heating is extensive (liquefied gas, natural gas, petroleum, diesel, wood, etc.), and there are 6 burners on the left and right sides of the machine to ensure uniform heating of the continuous carbonization furnace, and the carbonization effect is good.
4. The carbonization effect is good. After carbonization of the material, the carbon content is above 80%, the calorific value is 7500-8000kcal/kg, and the residual ash after combustion is about 3%.
