The system of DC fast car charger are formed by three parts: system software of charging station , AC charging system and DC charging system. That is, DC charging system is composed of charger, monitoring device of charger and DC charger; AC charging system is composed of several AC chargers.
The system of charging stations for electric dc car charger mainly has realized the functions of background monitoring, high voltage DC charging, AC charging, charging monitoring, charge metering, security monitoring, battery maintenance monitoring, data exchange and forwarding. The distributed design is adopted, which has the characteristics of safety, reliability, convenience and easy maintenance.

Electrical isolation between input and output of charger.
The output device prevents the battery pack from charging the output filter capacitor of the charger, and prevents the instantaneous high current from occurring at the output end of the charger when the battery pack is connected. The voltage withstanding grade, insulation grade and EMC of the charger meet the standards.
