Working principle of combined low dew point compressed air dryer
Working principle :The combined low dew point compressed air dryer is composed of refrigeration type compressed air dryer and desiccant type (no heat or hot) compressed air dryer through reasonable pipeline connection and volume matching. The refrigeration type compressed air dryer has very strong water removal capacity, low operation energy consumption and no air loss. It combines with the characteristics of low dew point of desiccant compressed air dryer to maximize the advantages of both.
Product characteristics
Low dew point: the combined low dew point compressed air dryer can reach very low pressure dew point, which can reach below - 40 C° in general, and - 70 C° at least according to different user requirements.
It can provide compressed air with different dew points for different air consumption points.
All the operation switches and display instruments of the combined low dew point compressed air dryer are concentrated on the panel of the box plate. The refrigeration type compressed air dryer and the desiccant regeneration compressed air dryer can operate independently or operate at the same time of cold and suction according to the customer's needs.
The gas-liquid separator adopts the patented three-stage separation mode: direct collision separation ,low- speed centrifugal separation and stainless steel wire mesh demisting separation. 99.9% of liquid water is separated from the cooled compressed air to prevent the secondary evaporation of water and ensure the low dew point quality of the finished gas.
High quality switching valve, stable and reliable, can ensure the integrity of the working process, prolong the working life of components.
The refrigeration compressors are used by Danfoss (DANFOSS), Taiwan Fusheng (FUSHENG), Japanese Panasonic (panasonic), German Bitzer (BITZER), German Copeland (COPELAND), France's
MANEUROP and so on for full enclosed or Semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor.They are stable, low noise, cop high, reliable performance and long power saving life;
