Carysil Kitchen Sink Production Process

The production process of a stainless steel sink starts with the cutting of a 304 stainless steel plate, which is then embossed with a hole texture. 

The plate is then pre-pressed to create creases, which are then aligned and pressed into a square shape. 

After preliminary welding and knocking on four sides, the sink is then put through a roller to flatten the welds. 

The four corners are then pressed and rounded, followed by complete electric welding of all four side seams. The sink is then slipped into the bulkhead and spot welded for a fixed spot. 

Afterward, the surface is grinded and the corners are fine grinded and welded. 

Quality inspectors then inspect the sink for level, followed by wiping and pasting of the elastic buffer. Lastly, a waterproof liquid is stirred and the sink is ready for the next spraying process.
