2. Open the sand unloading valve, check the filter plate, cover the filter cloth on the filter plate, and then close the sand unloading valve.
3. Open the sand loading valve onthe top of the tank to load sand, ensure that the silica gel sand is evenly loaded, and close the sand loading valve after the sand loading is completed.
4. Connect the power supply, oil inlet and outlet pipelines, open the oil inlet valve and return valve (round handwheel) on the oil pump; check whether the air inlet valve and sampling valve are closed; check whether the pressure gauge returns to zero normally, and prepare to start.
5. Connect the power supply to send oil into the tank, and pay attention to the pressure gauge. The oil outlet time is about 10-20 minutes, during which, do not open and close the return valve. When there is oil flowing out of the oil outlet, adjust the return valve again according to the oil output.
