Along with bulkhead walls and labyrinth barriers at either end of the cutting chamber, the machine is equipped with other standard features that improve the quality of the shredding process. These include highly durable knives, sturdy hex shafts, and a user-friendly control panel. Each component is engineered to enhance the overall shredding experience for improved serviceability and up time.

Industrial Shredder is outfitted with a series of sharp and durable knives that have been designed to bite straight through a range of products and materials. These powerful knives can eat through bulky loads with ease, tearing the materials into shreds as
though they were made of butter.
Each knife is 7 3/4” in diameter, giving them plenty of strength to shred paper, boxes, plastic parts, hard drives, and more.

The hex shaft is uniquely designed to maximize knife placement options so that you experience optimized shredding use for a wide variety of applications.The hex shaft works together with the knives to guarantee maximum shred size on the materials. The shaft is easy to access for easier knife removal and machine maintenance.
It is several times stronger than a keyed shaft, and its drive system offers the highest knife-tip cutting force to outperform in the industry.

The shredder chamber box uses carbon steel plate as the foundation and is fixed and spliced with screws, making it more convenient for users to remove and replace blades

These include illuminated function buttons, keyed power switched, and a programmable logic controller for shredder functions, including knife reversal on overload.

For an increase in convenience, we recommend you include either the in-feed conveyor, the out-feed conveyor, or both with your P-30 Industrial Shredder. In-feed conveyors automatically transport the materials to the shredder for destruction, while out-feed
conveyors carry the shredded remains away for collection and sorting. They are designed to keep the workflow moving smoothly without interruption so you can maximize convenience, efficiency, and revenue.

Hoppers are engineered for optimal durability and usability to keep the flow of materials into the shredder as smooth as possible.
This heavy-duty hopper is wide enough to accept a variety of bulky material while it remains durable enough to withstand the constant demand of the job. Its funnel-like design guides material into the shredder in such a manner that helps to prevent
buildup or blockage, and it can be modified to suit the application or installation.
