Laboratory Three-stage Emulsification Pump
The laboratory three-stage emulsification pump is a high-speed emulsifier for continuous small batch production or circulating processing of fine solid-liquid and liquid-liquid materials; the motor drives the rotor to run at high speed and the particle size of the liquid material becomes narrower, so that phase one is uniformly distribute the material into another or multiple phases, achieving the effect of refined homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion state. The equipment can be equipped with a feeding pump, which has certain applicability to medium and high viscosity materials. The equipment has low noise, stable operation, and the material is forced to pass through the dispersion and shearing without dead ends; and it has the function of short-distance and low-lift conveying.
Product Characteristics
1.Easy to operate
It can be used with the inlet and outlet of pipes or containers. It is easy to install and has good conveying capacity. No additional pumps are required but can add optional single/double-layer barrels.
2.High efficiency and good product quality
The linear speed of the equipment is above 20m/s, which can quickly distribute material from phase one evenly into another or multiple phases,to achieve the effect of refined homogenization, dispersion, emulsification. The equipment is all stainless steel design, generous, durable and easy to clean.
3.High processing accuracy
The rotor and stator are made of forging materials and precision processed by CNC machining center. The rotor and stator gap is very small, the shear limit fineness is good, the emulsification and dispersion efficiency is high, with long term service life. The unique design having double end mechanical seal structure, no leakage, and low maintenance cost. The cleaning solvent is self-circulating, which is convenient and hygienic.
4.Custom made
The material can be customized according to the requirements of unconventional materials (such as SS304, SS316L/ Hastelloy/ Titanium-Molybdenum-nickel alloy), the explosion-proof type, vacuum type and other requirements can be customized.
