A: Acceptable payment of terms: T/T, L/C, Cash after signing the contract, first deposit 30% of total as prepayment, and rest 70% after FAT but before shipment.

A:We guarantee that all machines are brand new and designed and manufactured with the user's approval; we guarantee that each machine shipped has a 15-month warranty, during which we will provide technicians for on-site debugging, or spare parts for machine failure free of charge. We guarantee to reply to the user's confusion within 24 hours after receiving the notice.

Lastly, we will send at least 1 experienced and responsible technician abroad to guide the commissioning and train the operators. If on-site commissioning is not needed, we provide video guidance.
