This kind of product is the two-component, rapid molding liquid silicone rubber. Use-method

1.      Mixture: Mix up the rubber and the curing agent in the weight proportion of 10: 1 or 1: 1. It can be manually stirred or mixed by equipment.

2.      Defoaming: The mixed rubber should be deaerated before cast pouring. It is finished (in about 10 minutes) until there is no bubble on the surface. If a small amount of rubber is used, operate it in the vacuum dryer.

3.      Molding: the mixed rubber after bubble defoamation should adopt the method of dispensing or

fractioning. Put the mixed rubber in to the mould and heat it to mold.

Packing, Storage and Attentions:

1.      This kind of rubber is packed in 20KG/iron drum and curing agent in 2KG/iron can .

2.      This product is non-dangerous and should be sealed and placed in dry and cool place so as to prevent from rain and sunlight.

3.      During the operation, avoid touching with condensed silicone rubber curing agent and chemical compound containing amines, sulfur and phosphorus and some other metal-salts.

4.      The storage period of this product is one year. Strong stirring can recover its flowability. It can be reused after reinspection when it exceed the storage period.

--The best way is:

1, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products.

2, Don ’ t use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use.

3, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it ’ s better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.

6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?

--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
