A: We are a professional umbrella manufacturer located in GuangZhou city, China, which have more than 13 years manufacturing experience.

2.Q: When can we receive quotation after sending enquiry?

A: Generally within 4 hours when you send enquiry at Beijing Time 8:00-17:00, within 15 hours when you send enquiry at Beijing Time:17:00-8:00, depends on your design and materials.

3.Q: Can we have custom printing on umbrella?

A: Yes, OEM is welcome, we can design for your according to your request. And it's free for sure if it's not complicated.

4.Q: Do you offer the free samples?

A: We usually don't offer the free samples, the charge is depend on the design. The sample fee will be refunded once you place the order.

5.Q: How long does the sample take?

A: Sample time is about 3-5 working days, depending on the materials and printing.

6.Q: Who will pay for the sample courier charge?

A: Before you place the order, you need to shoulder the sample courier charge, but after confirmed the order, we will pay for you.

7.Q: What is the MOQ?

A: In general, the MOQ is 500pcs, no MOQ limit if use our stock materials. But as you know, more quantity will have lower price.

8.Q: What about the payment?

A: T/T payment (30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L) , L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Cash are also accepted .

9.Q: Will you shoulder the responsibility after delivered the goods?

A: Sure we will, we will try our best to handle the complaint (if have), don't worry about this.
