2) Do you offer templates to do designing work? What kind of formats you accept?
Yes, we do offer templates to do designing work. We accept JPG, .AI, .PDF, .CDR files to print.
3) What is your MOQ?
No MOQ, small quantity is workable, but bigger quantity is more economical.
4) Can you send me a free sample printed with my design?
Since our printing machine is flexo printing machine and there would have plates setup cost , if your job are simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof to you, then we take pictures for your checking before order shipment. Most of our customers choose this.
5) How to summit designing files for you to print playing cards?
We are using Dropbox.com, wetransfer.com and drive.google.com to uploading the files for international clients.
6) Lead time for production?
It takes 12-25 working days to finish an order production after you confirmed the e-proof we offer back for you to check.
7) Package options?
