Product features:
Wear resistance: the extremely wear-resistant coating has high bearing capacity. Oil resistance: excellent oil/lubricating oil resistance. Wide temperature range: the high temperature can reach 300℃ and the low temperature can be as low as-75℃.

How to use:
Surface treatment: before using this product, the surface needs degreasing, phosphating (or sandblasting), which can improve the adhesion and service life of the coating. Painting process: it is recommended to paint this product by screen printing process, and it should be fully stirred before use. The recommended coating thickness is 10 ~ 20μ m.. Curing condition: 60min at 230℃ (workpiece surface temperature). Compatibility: This product can be diluted with MOLYKOTE-7415.
Applicable occasions:
Lubricating coating on metal-to-metal contact parts under medium and high load and slow or medium and fast operation. Suitable for piston rings and tappets of internal combustion engines, pistons of air-conditioning compressors and pistons of hydraulic and pneumatic tools. Other metal parts used for brake parts, locks, hinges and pumps.
