1). The machine is heated by the instant halogen glass heating tube.

2). The machine is designed to have a bubble blowing function and the plastic sheet is pre-stretched to make the wall thickness of each part of the formed product uniform. 3). The size of the blowing bubble is adjusted by the length of the blowing time. 4). The lower die lifting platform of this machine is designed as a pneumatic lifting platform. The ascent and descent operation is stable, the weighing capacity is strong, and the speed is fast. 5). The blister box of this machine is designed with a detachable window, which is convenient for equipment maintenance. 6). This machine is designed with manual inching bubble blowing function, which can perform inching bubble blowing during the heating process to reduce the sagging degree of the plastic sheet.

Adjusted the voltage of heater by AC voltage meter which can insures the heater temperature steady and save power. B. Change the heater units fleetly. 2). Controlling the heater unit separately can short the heating time and economize energy and improve product quality and reduce cost.
3). Adjustable frame: The side size clamping can be adjusted as the working required.
