Powder coating is a new type of pure powder coating (free of solvents and harmful ingredients). First electrostatic spraying adsorpt on the surface of the plate, and then through the baking of thermal infrared wave (110°C~130°C), melted and closed to form the coating film.

Production Process

A superior harden layer after curing is formed. Hardness up to 3H (while paint less than 1H) and surface abrasion resistance coefficient reaches 2000. The durable performance prolongs the service life of home furniture.
