A: Yes, of course. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.

It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 10-15 days. Generally, 1-3 working days for existing samples, within 30 days for mass production.

8.What are your payment terms?

T/T can be accepted, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before goods shipping out from HAOXI factory.
