Vehicle speed limiter CA100F is a intelligent terminal equipment which can realize precise speed limiting for vehicles. It is not only a speed limiter but also a GPS Tracker.

The retrieved data shall be in a format that the motor vehicle inspection officer will be able to understand without requiring the services of a speed limiter specialist.

The speed limiting device shall be so designed, constructed and assembled so as to resist vibrations, corrosion, dust, humidity, petrochemicals and aging phenomena to which it may be exposed.

No malfunction or unauthorized interference shall result in an increase in engine power above the demanded by the position of the driver's accelerator. The malfunction of the speed limiter devices shall not affect the normal vehicular performance;

Speed governor or speed limiter is a device designed to limit the speed of vehicle like truck, schools bus, car forklift and so on. Most of the speed governors are fitted because of the government regulations.
1. GPS Real Time Tracking:
A. Can track the location of the vehicles with the accuracy ≤ 5m.
2. Track Play Back function
A. Can play back and display the track of the chosen time period within 3 months.
3. Geo-fence function
A. The user can set different GEO-FENCE ZONE for the tracker, and when in/out the zone, there will be the alarm for it.
B. For each ZONE, you can set different limiting speed for it and it can discipline the fleet and their speed well.
4. Vehicle Speed Management
A. Can set the common speed limit and Fuel remote disconnection through ONLINE FLEET MANAGEMENT PLATFORM for the vehicle.
B. Vehicle Speed and VIOLATION REPORT can be saved on the platform for data inspection on the platform.

5. Data Printing Function
A. Can print out the violation data for the last 6 hours by a printer through CDC protocol.
B. The time interval is 5s.

6. SMS function
A. The Administrator can send the SMS to the SIM card inside the device to do the configuration of the device.
B. Can do the Online update Over The Air(OTA).

Differentiate Road Section Intelligent Speed Limiting	Limit the highest vehicle speed according to the current road speed limit value.Such as: if the current road speed limit value is 80 Km/h,the product can control the highest vehicle speed is within 0 ~ 80 Km/h. If the road limit value is 100 Km/h,the product can control the vehicle speed keep within 100 Km/h.
Differentiate Time Intelligent Speed Limiting	Limit the highest vehicle speed according to different time period .                                                                    Such as: if you set the highest driving speed as 50Km/h from 2.00-5:00, and 80Km/h for the other time period. So this product can control the vehicle highest speed as 50Km/h from 2.00-5:00, and 80Km/h for the other time period as your order.
Differentiate Vehicle Type Intelligent Speed Limiting	Limit the highest vehicle speed according to different vehicle type.
	Such as: for high speed compact car ,limit within 120Km/h; for large vehicle, limit within 100Km/h; for dangerous goods transporter, limit within 60Km/h.
Differentiate Road Type Intelligent Speed Limiting	Limit the highest vehicle speed according to different road type.
	Such as: on high-speed road, speed limit within 120 100Km/h; for fast road, speed limit within 100 Km/h, State Road 60Km/h, county road limit 50Km/h, this product according to road speed limit.
Fixed Highest Speed Limiting	Can set only one or two highest driving speed value for the vehicle.                     Such as: According to the government regulations, some vehicle should not driving over 100Km/h(or any other appointed speed), the product can control the vehicle keep driving within 100Km/h(or any other appointed speed)
Note	All the intelligent speed limit function need platform support, it means your platform must have a database contains the speed limit value of each road ,if not , we can only supply the fixed highest speed limiter for you, it means that we can only set one or two high speed limit vale in this product.

which country need GPS Speed Limiter?

Currently Kenya and Ethiopia in Africa has published standards, respectively KS 2295-1:2018 in Kenya and ES 6413:2019 in Ethiopia.

Difference between Kenya and Ethiopia standard:

In Kenya, wired portable printer is required.

In Ethiopia, wireless portable printer is required.

GPS Speed Limiter. User can setup top speed to limit vehicle speed either by SMS or computer based tool.

Geo fence based Speed Limit. The device support 3 fences to setup different speed limit per fences.

USB flash data downloaded. Vehicle travelling data could be retrieved by using a computer or a USB flash or a wireless Bluetooth printer.

Data could be stored for at least 72 working hours for future reference, including date, time, speed, car plate number, owner name, fitting center, installer name, installed date, longitude, latitude, etc.

Tamperproof. UniGuard vehicle speed limiters are specially designed for none drivers or any other unauthorized people can tamper with the installed devices. Once device is tampered, it shall go to limp mode- vehicle speed is restricted to 40KM/H or 30KM/H . (Per Kenya or Ethiopia Standard)

Prewarn if 95% of set speed limit is reached, beep sound will be produced continuously.

In installation UniGuard speed governor could be hidden in a place not accessible by unauthorized people.

The speed limiter recorder could communicate with computer by use of USB flash.

9: Gray line, pick up the pulse line of the original car, connect the pulse line speed limiter, the speed limit function will not have too much delay, use GPS signal speed limit, there will be a delay of about 2 seconds

How to set the speed limit value?

After GPS SPEED LIMITER is installed completely, start the vehicle first. When the vehicle is idling, send a text message “STARTIDLE*123456”, the device will automatically learn the idle voltage, and then return the learned idle voltage value to the mobile phone---- this is very important!

Then use the text message "SPEED*123456*40" to set the speed limit value, first test it with GPS speed, and the speed limit function is normal.

3.4.2 How to calibrate the pulse coefficient

You can find the original car speed pulse line to be connected with the device’s pulse line. Then you can make the car run at a constant speed of 30km/h, then press the button twice to calibrate the current pulse coefficient.

Please be noted with: same vehicles have the same pulse coefficient

The default pulse coefficient is 450.

If you already know the pulse coefficient of the vehicle, you can set it directly by SMS.

PULSE*123456*26 (Note: this command sets the pulse coefficient to 26)
