Extrusion system

4. the die is made of alloy steel inner sleeve and carbon steel coat, and the molding die is installed inside the machine head. The function of the die is to transform the rotating plastic melt into a parallel linear motion, evenly and smoothly into the mold sleeve, and give the necessary molding pressure to the plastic. Plastic is plasticized and compacted in the barrel, and flows into the die through the neck of the head and neck of the machine through a certain runner through the porous filter plate. The core sleeve is properly matched to form an annular cavity with decreasing cross-section, which makes the plastic melt form a continuous and compact tubular coating around the core line. In order to ensure the reasonable flow channel of plastic in the die and eliminate the dead angle of the accumulated plastic, a shunt sleeve is often installed. In order to eliminate the pressure fluctuation during the plastic extrusion, a pressure equalizing ring is also installed. The machine head is also equipped with a device for die correction and adjustment, which is convenient for adjusting and correcting the concentricity of the die core and the die sleeve.
