4.What format of artwork do you need for printing and any special requirements ?
(1)We prefer artwork in vector form, in PDF,AI or PSD format.
(2)Please make sure to ask for template in specific formats before submitting artwork to us.
(3)All artworks submitted in CMYK should be 300 dpi at least.
(4)Please be sure all type in vector artwork is converted to paths/outlines.
(5)Please be sure that all files linked from your art files are either embedded, or included separately.
(6)If you choose PMS printing, please make sure to include all PMS numbers in the file.

5.How can I get a final quote ?
To give you the exact price, we need you to provice us the following info:
(1)Order quantity
(2)Detailed requirements for product and packaging
(3)Required thickness of the paper
(4)Requirements for surface treatment
And any other special requirements if you have.

6.Do you charge sample setup fee ? And is it refundable ? Hong long for sampling time and mass production time ?
Yes,we charge a little sample setup fee, which is refundable if your order quantity exceeds 5000 decks.
Generally, the sampling time is around 2 week,mass production time is 15-20 days.

7.How can you gurantee the quality ?
We always do a pre-production sample and take photos or send physical sample for your confirmation before mass production.
And our QC team has 3 times inspection from printing to packing.

8.What payment term and method do you accept ?
Geernally, our payment term is 30% in advance and 70% before shipment.
Customers can pay through bank transfer, Alipay,paypal and western union etc.

9.What payment currency do you accept ?
