3. What should I do when I receive the products I purchased?

Considering the special nature of our products, there are three scenarios:

If you purchase small-sized products, they will be shipped directly to your doorstep.

If you purchase products that require container shipping, they will be shipped to the nearest port to you, and you will need to handle the import customs clearance.

If you purchase bulk products, they will be shipped to the nearest port to you without packaging, and you will need to handle the import customs clearance.

4. Do you accept customization?
