Q1: Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
A1: We are a manufacturer of Christmas balls and trees.
Q2: How long does it take to visit your factory? Can you arrange pick up?
A2: It takes 1hr driving from Shenzhen to our Huizhou factory, and yes, we are able to arrange the pick-up to the airport, train station and border of HK. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q3: Could you offer samples?
A3: Yes. Sample’s production fee based on actual cost and will be refundable when you place order. And for sure free samples can be offered for available items.
Q4: Can the colors be customzied?
A4: Yes, it can be if quantity meets our MOQ.
Q5: How can you assure product quality?
A5: There’re 3 experienced QC inspectors checking the product quality and we will monitor all the container loadings to make sure the qty is 100% loaded. We guarantee AQL1.0 for major defects, AQL4.0 for minor defects.
