Features:
1. Fireproof heat preservation material is used in the combustion chamber, which can effectively improve the temperature of the furnace, accelerate the ignition of the treatment and promote the combustion of flue gas.
2. The flue gas treatment equipment adopts 10cm high temperature flue with mullite castable.
3. The combustion chamber can be as high as 800ºC-1200ºC, which can achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection. Through this process, the incinerator components have excellent acid and heat resistance.
4. A double-chamber structure is used to mix solid waste and carbon in the upper layer for incineration.
5. The bag dust collector tower in the cloth bag dust collector is made of 250℃ Teflon cloth bag. In order to protect the cloth bag dust collector bag because of accident is burned, specially designed bypass flue.
6. The flue gas filtration system is set reasonably. In the first filtration process of high temperature flue gas from the furnace, the flue gas is deacidified and cooled first, which greatly reduces the corrosion and damage of the subsequent equipment caused by high temperature flue gas.
7. The cooling soil pool is 304 stainless steel, used to purify the treatment of high temperature or corrosive smoke.
8. Forced air supply (forcing combustion air into the furnace) through the right amount of high pressure air supply to the right position, to achieve fast and smokeless incineration.
9. Fully closed operation, even susceptible to infection, can also handle, no secondary pollution.
10. Environmentally friendly, adopt labyrinth diversion structure, and then high temperature treatment, so that the harmful gas with bacteria treatment decomposition more thoroughly, sterile emissions.
