Sea-lion ZD series flatwork folders provides the final touch to the flatwork process. Fully automatic and networked with the spreader feeder or ironer it delivers a fine end product. It has low noise, low energy consumption, outstanding performance, and beautiful appearance all in a well thoughtout design.
An intelligent control system is used and includes a diagnostic troubleshooting guide. Folding programs can be selected according to different types of linens. Folds are belt driven with pneumatic valves for fast and reliable performance. Folder can be seamlessly networked with the spreader feeder or ironer and the folding 4th and 5th folds which is free to materials or thickness of the linens, and the size of linen for each fold is measured by optical sensors to ensure the folding line is accurately in the middle.
