sleep trainer

30 mins before the time go to bed,the blue light will come on,when it is time to go bed the light turn off and screen become dimmest,the eyes close.

wake up trainer

30 mins before the wake up time,the yellow light will come on,
when it is time up to get up,the green light will come on and the eyes open.
the green light will continue for 1 hour.

NAP reminder

Nap times (can set 3hours,2.5hours,2hours,1.5hours,1hour,45mins,30mins and 10mins rest long as you like).Nap way can be set as sound or red light reminder.

alarm sound

5 kinds of alarm sound can be selected（includes cuckoo,white noise and musics),

Music/sound playing

can switch to select from music, bird, water wave nature sounds,

to stop alarm/NAP.
