Silica Gel Desiccant Sachet characteristics:

The aim of using silica gel sachets is to minimise the risk of irreversible damage to items in transit or store caused by condensing water vapour.

By adsorbing water molecules, a silica gel sachet will reduce the Relative Humidity inside a package to levels at which condensation will not occur .

Silica Gel Sackets provide an economic and effective way of protecting against moisture damage during transit and storage. The bags are filled with non-indicating beaded silica gel desiccant with capacities ranging from 1/2 gram to 1000 grams.
The protection against moisture is achieved by sealing the product in a suitable polythene bag or container together with the appropriate sized desiccant bag.
Desiccant bags can be used for protecting electronic equipment, cameras, tools, computers, musical instruments, preservation packaging and all humidity sensitive products.
