Packaging
|
1. Each 660 liter dustbin contains a body, a cover, a stainless steel round pipe, 2 ABS latches, a removable drain plug & 4 wheels(2 directional wheels, 2 universal wheels).
2. The wheels are assembled, body, cover, ABS plastic latches, stainless steel round pipe and drain plug are packed separately.
3. The body are stacked, each package contains 5 bodies and 5 covers, the 5 covers are placed in the top body of each package, and each package is wrapped with stretch film.
4. The stainless steel round pipes are packed separately.
5. The ABS latches and drain plugs are packed in a bag.
6. All thing will be shipped together.

The body & cover
The body and cover are smooth in appearance, bright in color, guaranteed for two years, no bubbles, no impurities, no trachoma , no cracks, not easy to fade, easy to clean; it is resistant to heat, cold and corrosion, and any damage during the warranty period will be replaced by the supplier and compensation; impact resistance, anti-aging, durable, and has sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.
Stainless steel round pipe
The cover & body are connected by a stainless steel round pipe, which is firm and durable, and the cover is not easy to fall off.
Galvanized lifting lugs
The body is equipped with galvanized lifting lugs on both sides. The lifting lugs are fixed on the body through galvanized bolts, which can be used together with the garbage transfer truck, and it is not easy to fall off during use.
Mesh stiffener design
The inner side of the outer edge of the barrel body is designed with mesh stiffeners, so that the body can withstand sufficient mechanical strength and greater impact as well as preventing damage to the waste contaier during transport.
Ergonomic anti-skid handle
There are two anti-skid handles on both sides of the body. The position of the handles are reasonable and ergonomic, which make it easier to control the flexible movement of the waste container.
Handle for opening
There are numerous stiffeners on the back of the cover handle, which makes the handle more firm and has a longer service life.
Wheels and support frames
The support frame of the wheel is installed at the bottom of the barrel body through galvanized bolts. The support frame is made of ￠ 22 high carbon manganese steel, which is pickled for three times to completely remove the oxidized surface. It is made through the special process of electro galvanization. The wheel has two directional wheels and two universal wheels with braking function, and the bearing capacity of each wheel reaches 120 ± 5kg. The support frame can be freely removed from the barrel body, and the wheel blade can be freely removed from the support frame, which is easy to repair and replace.
Drain hole & removable drain plug
There is a drainage hole design at the bottom of the body, usually, the drain plug is locked on the drain hole. When you need to clean the body or discharge more waste water in the body, you can remove the drain plug.
