I.Introduction of coconut shell charcoal making machine

Our charcoal making machine can produce hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder charcoal stick with different diameters from agro-forestry wastes. Our Charcoal Making Machine has automatic temperature control system, which is designed to produce high density wood or biomass briquettes as bio-fuel.The Charcoal is popularly used heat boiler, fireplace, cooking and household heating.

II. Working principle of coconut shell charcoal making machine

Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature, under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.

III. The process for  coconut shell charcoal making machine

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5. Carbonized the briquette stick

3. Final briquette is ideal green fuel for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.

4. Different shape of finished briquettes : Hexagon shape, diamater 50-80MM with a hole inside, the hole's

diameter is 15MM, length of final briquettes can be controlled and adjusted  between 300MM to 700MM.
