1, How are our products packaged?
Answer: Usually, small component products are sealed and placed in pre installed packaging bags, while large products are reinforced specifically according to the quantity of products. Ensure the safety of the goods upon arrival.
2, What should we do before payment?
Answer: T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. Before you pay the balance, we will show you photos of the product and packaging.
3, What are our delivery terms?
A: FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF.
4, What is our delivery time?
Answer: Usually, we have the majority of our product inventory throughout the season. After receiving your advance payment, it will take 7 to 10 days. If we don't have inventory, the delivery time depends on the product and the quantity of your order. Normal 15 to 30 days.
5, What is our sample policy?
Answer: If you have any uncertainty about the product, we can provide samples, but the customer must pay for the sample fee and courier fee.
6, Do you inspect all the goods before delivery?
