As these are fragile glass, but in case of broken, we also offer 5 to10% spare parts. It is normal to have a few pieces broken but don't worry because we supply these spare parts to replace, besides we have very good and professional package with installation instruction and pictures. In additon, to be honest, the glass is packed uninstalled and there will be certain difference depends on different people’s installation to make it artist look, and the color may be a little bit different since it totally hand blown, they mihgt look 90% the same as photo.
