Product Mix

Product is multilayer with three layers structure . All the raw materials are virgin fiber without any recycled fibers， and some of the fibers are imported . It is produced with advanced process and reasonable mixing of hardwood and softwood fibers. Product has three layers of coating on top side and one layer of coating on reverse side. The major component of coating are calcium carbonate and clay . Those components are properly mixed.

Raw material inspection(IQC)

Wood pulp raw material：Moisture, whiteness, dust, and various strength indicators, chemicals are strictly tested according to the standard.

Automatic on-line detecting system

The whole paper machine production line is provided by the Finnish company. The accurate online DCS, QCS and paper disease analysis and detection control system can timely feed back paper information to ensure stable product quality.

Finished product inspection

ISO（23±1℃，50±2％RH）Constant temperature and humidity laboratory, can make the paper properties have reproducibility and comparability, to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
