Whether you’re having a professional tailor or friend measure you, or would prefer to do so yourself, we’ve compiled someguidelines to getting it just right – so that you can shop worry-free! Our first tip: when you’re trying to figure out how your measurements compare to an RosyMae dress, make sure to check the product page of that specific dress. Should I order Custom Size or Standard Size?
If your measurements falls outside our size chart or in between different sizes, it's recommended to go with custom size. Custom size dresses tend to fit better than standard size, however still expect final alterations to achieve the "perfect fit". Alterations are a standard part of the wedding dress process, whether you go to a retail store or purchase your dress online.
How to Find Your Perfect Wedding Dress Size?
To select the best size for your dress, please take your measurements for your bust, waist, hip and hollow to hem and then compare your measurements to our size chart.
Can I have my dress made to my custom measurements?
Sure! All you need to do is select "Made to Measure" in the size option, and we'll email you our measurement form with instructions to fill out. Your dress will be made based on the measurements you send us.
Will my dress need alterations if I order in custom measurements?
While custom size dress will usually fit better than standard size dress, due to the uniqueness of each individual's curves and shape, you should still expect final alterations for a more "perfect fit". Custom size dress should result in less alterations when compared with standard size dress, however it does not guarantee a perfect fit.
Wedding dress is different to regular dress, alterations are a standard part of the wedding dress process regardless where you order your dress, most brides don't realize this when they begin their search.
Please leave adequate time for alterations and changes when you order your dress. The price of alterations or adding a bustle is not included in our dress price, however our dresses are priced very reasonable so often even with alterations fees added, the total cost of the dress is still much lower than ordering a standard size dress without alterations in a regular store.
When is the best time to order my dress?
A good time is to place your order around 3 - 5 months prior to your wedding. It's recommended to have your dress with you at least 1-2 months before your wedding.
Return & Exchange Policy
How to Return?
How to Return?
1. Email us to process a return or exchange.
2. We will then provide return address, and instructions.
3. Call the post office to arrange a pick up or drop off via tracked delivery at your most convenient post office.
4. Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
5. Upon receiving your return, immediate refund/exchange will be processed.
Please note:
* Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
* Returns and exchanges must be posted within 7 days upon receiving your order. Returns made after 15 days will not be accepted.
* All returns must be received in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.
* Important Note:
1. Please contact us to receive the return address.
2. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package or our business address on our page. These are not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
3. You should only send it to the address we have provided for you.
More information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
* Refunds will take around 3-5 business days after receive your return dresses.
* Exchanges will be shipped after 24 hours of processing.
* Exchanges can only be processed when there is a color or size change. If a different style is needed, please place a new order and we can process a return for the dress that is no longer needed.
* ROSYMAE is not responsible for return lost by couriers. Please note that if you did not use the discount code when placing the order, we will not refund the discount amount of the code after delivery.
