SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is package or shop-assembled water tube boiler with double steam drum and chain grate stoker
structure. 4-6 tph boiler is package boiler and 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is
heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. The former part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its
upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated
heat from furnace; there are dense convection tube bundle between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature
smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.
The capacity of this SZL series coal biomass fired steam boiler from 6 tons to 30 tons. It can be used in rubber industry, palm oil mill, chemical industry, feed industry, food processing lines, paper industry, textile industry, printing and dyeing industry, pharmaceutical industry, cable industry and etc.

3. Quality warranty
The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a period of 12 months from the date of trial run finish, but not to exceed 18 months from date on which the goods leave factory. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, the seller should replace free-of-cost.
4.Terms of payment
T/T 30% of total contract value as down payment;
T/T or L/C 70% of total contract value before delivery.
5.Claim
Any claims by the buyers regarding the machines shipped should be filed within 30 days after arrival of machines at the destination specified in the relative B/L and supported by a survey report issued by a surveyor approved by the sellers, otherwise the sellers shall refuse to consider. Claims in respect of matters within responsibility of insurance company and/or shipping company will not be considered by the seller.
6. What is the using life of your boiler?
A:Normally the boiler is designed for 20 years life span, but with right operation and good maintenance,the boiler can be used for 20-25 years.
