1.Create a 1:1 clay sculpture model. We will send videos and photos to customer confirmation. (We can make modifications based on customer feedback until they are satisfied)
2.Make silica sol or gypsum models. According to the clay model, apply silica sol or gypsum slurry on the surface of the clay and let it dry naturally for 7 days.
3.Make wax models.
Brush melted wax on the inside of the silica sol or gypsum model,
with a thickness of at least 6 mm, and then cool and repair the wax statue exquisitely.
4.Make it into a shell box. Dip the wax model repeatedly in the silica sol pool and
stone sand for at least 10 times,Burn in the kiln for 12 hours to form a hard shell box.
5.Casting. Pour the melted copper water into the shell box model, the wax figure will melted, and the copper water forms a bronze statue sculpture, then cooled and formed.
