Product Description

ENUO EBM-CS3100 dump truck chip spreader bar for road construction is used for spreading chips after asphalt prime coating or tack coating in high level road construction jobs. It can be also used for building of country road with lower traffic flow.

ENUO EBM-CS3100 dump truck chip spreader bar for road construction is designed to be hanged at the rear of the dump truck, and the dump-bucket lift up at 35° ~ 45° to work. The spreading rate can be controlled by adjust of gate opening and motor speed. The spreading position and width can be managed by opening the specified chip gates with pneumatic control. All functions of the chip spreader are controlled remotely from the truck cab. Chippings are spread at precise pre-programmed rates of spread, avoiding waste and loose surplus chippings.

Features

1.Opening and closing of the gates are controlled by electro/pneumatic cylinders. Each gate is controlled by a switch on the remote-control panel. The chip distribution bar speed is controlled to give a precise chip spread rate.

2. Adjustable spread width: each chip gate can be opened independently, max. spread width is 3,100mm.

3. Remote control: all functions are operated by remote control and the control panel is mounted in the cab of the truck.

4. Widely allowed aggregate size, which can meet majority aggregate spreading requirements.

5. Bolt connection, easy assemble and disassemble, wildly appropriate for various dump trucks, no need modify.

6. Optional cameras are fitted to the unit giving the driver a view of the area being chipped and the chips load remaining.
