Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory specialized in producing all kind of kitchen tools and enjoy more than 10 years .
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: In normal, our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance against BL copy. Of course, if you want to do L/C, it’s ok for us.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can supply existing sample for free , but the customer need to respond for the freight .
Q6. Can you offer OEM/ODM sample?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, for function test,we have 100% test before delivery and for material test, it requested by the customer.
