Characteristic	Pigment orientation & flip controller specially designed for “ Promatchcoat ” silver,pearl basecoat, to help aluminium flake, pearl pigment Could control the silver granule, the more the addition , the aluminium orientation is more loosen,the frontal is darker,sides is light colour and more bright
Match with	(1k) Single component silver,pearl base coating,could replace Du Pont AK100 or ICI376
Note	It is forbidden using in Pro-match-2K( double components) series.

P Serie: 1K Pearl Colour Basecoat

Characteristic:

High gloss, strong hiding power, fast drying, good flow, silver powder particles are evenly arranged, pearle powder with bright color

Substrates:

Remove paint dust & contaminations with degreaser before sanded; dry and sand existing finishes, primers

Mixing Ratio (by volume):

S/P/PX Series : Thinner (T-2) = 1 Part : 1-1.1 Part

Spray Application:

Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm; Siphon Feed: 1.2-1.7mm; Spary Gun Pressure: 3-5KG/cm²

2-3 coats

Flash Off (at 20℃):

3-5 minutes between coats

M780 is kind of High-concentration, high gloss vanish, it has a good chemical and weather resistance to ensure durable gloss. Suitable for overall refinish or partly repair. Use together with H700 Hardener series.




1. When the temperature is lower than 15℃,air-dry is not recommended, it’s better to dry in baking room at 60℃
2. When the temperature is higher than 30℃, you should add Retarded in thinner to avoid blushing. Please refer to the retarded technical detail.
3. When fisheyes appear during application, please add 0.5-1% anti-silicon in the remain paint and re-spray.
4.At the edge of old paint and new paint film, you can apply Joining agent as to achieve a perfect transition. Please refer to the joining agent technical detail.
5. When mix with hardener, varnish should use out soon and can not store for future use.
6. Use thinner to clean all spray tool immediately after application, or it will hard to clean when drying.
