Structure

it consists of inner tank, insulation, furnace door, rail car , combustible gas reburning pipe, dehumidifying buffer tank, burner, exhaust pipe, and thermometer. and the purification tank system . it is a kind of anaerobic dry distillation type of the horizontal carbonization furnace stove kiln

There are four steps carbonization process:

Step one : Feed raw material into the inner tank and seal the furnace

step two : Preheat by the fireplace and dry the raw material in the tank

step three : Anaerobic carbonization process

step four : Cool and discharging the carbon, total four steps.
