The two Aluminum extrusion bases have 20 extrusion equipments, from 350T to 4000T. The biggest extrusion section is 465mm.Our precision flatness reaches to superior high accuracy class. Including extrusion production line, Oxidation production line, aging oven, spraying production line.
Shanghai factory has 6 Germany imported CNC machines ,the maximum range is at 4.5m. Besides,it has milling machine,grinding machine, laser engraving machine other equipments,to satisfy different kind of further processing requirments.
