4. About samples.

(1). Q: Can we get samples? 

A: Sure, pls kindly let us know the item number. And pls kindly advise your DHL or any other Express account, freight will be paid by collection.

Usually, samples will be free of charge, but if the quantity is too much (more than 30 pcs), the sample cost will be by your side. Anyway,we'll still give you discount on the samples if any.

(2). Q: How can we do if we don't have International Express Account ？

A: We can pre-paid the freight.

First, w e'll check the freight and confirm with you.

Second, your firm remit  the payment to our account.

At last, the samples will be delivered upon receipt of your payment.

BTW, you can also ask your forwarder to contact us, to arrange sample collect.

(3). Q: How long it takes for preparing samples?

A: Usually, it takes 2-5 days, depends on sample quantity.
