1. Product Description:
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method had been employed to transform the molecular of PE from liner structure into three-dimensional network structure, i.e. thermoplastic PE and been transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the mechanical performance, heating aging property and ambient stress resistance have been greatly improved, while its excellent electrical properties are still maintained.
Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology (peroxide, hot water and irradiation cross-linking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen low-smoke halogen free, and non-smoke non halogen and three classes of A, B, C.
Maximum rated temperature of cable conductor is 90ºC
Maximum short-circuit temperature of cable conductor ≤ 250ºC
The temperature when laying cable ≥ 0ºC, The minimum bending diameter of cable is stipulated as follow:
For single-core cable: 20(D+d)±5% in mm
For multi-core cable: 15(D+d)±5% in mm
Where: D is the actual outer diameter of the cable
d is the actual outer diameter of the conductor.
