LED blue light curing UV is mainly composed of oligomers, photoinitiators, active diluents and various additives.  • Curing process refers to the process in which the photoinitiator produces an active intermediate with the ability to initiate polymerization under the irradiation of a light source, which induces high intensity polymerization and crosslinking reaction of oligomers and active diluent, and then transforms instantly from liquid to three-dimensional network solid.
