Suitable for the lamination of  coating hot melt adhesive on Kraft paper, trademark, self-adhesive paper,advertising paper, non-woven fabric, PU, EVA, foam, leather,sponge and so on. Widely used in many industries like  shoes, handbag, bag and luggage, lighting, advertising, packaging, upholstery, etc.

The main raw materials:

(1) Based Material: release paper (silicone oil paper), tissue, kraft paper.

(2) Adhesive type:hot melt sticker

(3) Coating method: hot melt blade presicion coating

Features:

1.Tension control system: the whole machine winding and unwinding are controlled by magnetic particle tension control system.

2.The unwinding frame, winding frame and the exit of oven are each equipped with a set of EPC  automatic rectifying devices (total 2 sets).

3. Using 4 itelligent module heating system, temperature equalization, more precise glue control.
